Bekir Labs, Inc. is an American AI company, incorporated in Delaware in 2026. We design and operate software for the oldest project there is: knowing yourself.
Why we exist
The last decade of consumer software was engineered to capture attention. The next one, we believe, will be judged by something harder: whether it made people clearer — about what they think, what they want, and what they keep avoiding.
Frontier AI makes that possible for the first time. A machine can now read a thousand pages of your own words and hand you back the pattern you couldn't see from inside it. That is an extraordinary instrument — and an extraordinarily dangerous one to build carelessly.
So we build it carefully. Our flagship, The Architect, is an AI journal that answers back — a mentor with memory and a spine. It is private by architecture: entries are encrypted on the user's device before they reach us, and journals are stored as ciphertext only — we hold no key to them. We consider that the minimum standard for software that hears people's inner lives, and we intend to keep proving it can be done without compromise.

Founder-led
Bekir Labs is run by its founder, with no layers between the person who decides and the person who ships. Decisions take minutes, not quarters — and someone is accountable for every one of them.
AI-native operations
We run the company with frontier AI systems as working colleagues — building, auditing, and operating alongside us daily. It is how a deliberately small team ships like a large one, and it keeps us honest: we live inside the technology we ask our users to trust.
Owner mentality
No growth-at-any-cost, no engagement traps, no dark patterns. The Architect is a paid product with one job: be worth paying for. That alignment — users pay, so users are the customer — is the entire business model.

A zero-knowledge AI journal, live on the web at architectapp.ai — serving writers in English, Spanish, and Turkish. iOS and Android apps are in preparation.
Zero-knowledge, by design
Journals are encrypted client-side with AES-256-GCM and stored as ciphertext only. Encryption keys never leave the user's device except by the user's own explicit choice. Mentor replies are generated from your words in the moment — never logged, never kept in plaintext.
